  • Absolutely. These workshops were designed with beginners in mind. We are here to have fun and spend time together in a creative environment.

  • Materials will be provided during the workshop. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your created pieces of art. There is nothing you need to bring other than yourself. If you would like to bring a snack or something to drink, please feel free to do so.

  • Yes, please fill out our waitlist form. We will be in touch if a spot opens up or if a new workshop is created.

  • For your convenience, there are several options available near the workshop location:

    • Paid Onsite Parking: There is onsite parking for a fee, located in the building’s parking structure. Spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

    • Metered Street Parking: Made available along Third Street, Bush Street & Third Street, as well as Sycamore Street & Third Street. Please be sure to check the meter times and rates before parking.

    • Nearby Parking Lot: There is also another nearby parking lot located on Sycamore & Third Street, just a short walk from the workshop venue. Rates may vary, so we suggest arriving 15 minutes and checking rates.

  • Thank you for booking with Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill / DBA The Naughty Quill! We are excited to have you join us for our upcoming art workshop(s). Please read our cancellation policy below carefully:

    • No Refunds: All payments for art workshops are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

    • Workshop Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, please notify us at least 72 hours before the start date of the workshop. We may offer the opportunity to reschedule your participation for a future workshop, based on availability.

    • Transfer of Spot: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (with prior notice to us). Please contact us 72-48 hours in advance to arrange this.

    • Workshop Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be notified immediately, and you will have the option to either transfer to another session or receive a full refund.

    By booking a workshop or purchasing merchandise from Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill LLC / DBA The Naughty Quill, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for attending and participating in our art workshops and purchasing products, both online and in-person at our events. Please read carefully before making your reservation or placing an order.

    I. General Information

    Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill LLC / DBA The Naughty Quill provides creative art workshops and sells related merchandise, including art supplies, tools, apparel, and other products both online through our website and at our workshops. For workshops, we aim to offer participants the opportunity to explore their artistic abilities in a hands-on, guided environment. Our workshops are intended for individuals who wish to engage in artistic learning and development. By participating in a workshop or purchasing from our online store or at the event, you agree to these Terms of Service:

    II. Registration & Payment for Workshops

    • Booking & Payment: To reserve your spot in a workshop, you must complete the registration process and submit payment in full. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in the workshop.

    • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final, and we cannot issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Please be sure of your commitment before booking.

    • Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be notified immediately, and you will have the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.

    III. Cancellations and Rescheduling for Workshops

    • Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop. While we cannot provide a refund, we may offer you the opportunity to reschedule for another session, depending on availability.

    • Transfer of Spot: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Please notify us within 72-48 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop if you intend to transfer your registration.

    IV. Merchandise Purchases (Workshops and Website)

    • Product Availability: All products listed on our website or sold at our workshops are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options, including a refund or a similar item.

    • Pricing: Prices for all products are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice. Shipping fees, taxes and any applicable duties will be added to your total at checkout.

    • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order for merchandise, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not indicate the final acceptance of the order, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order if necessary.

    • Shipping and Delivery: All orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information.

    • Returns & Exchanges: All merchandise sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

    • In-Person Merchandise Purchases: Merchandise purchased at a workshop location is final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before completing your purchase.

    V. Health & Safety (Workshops)

    • Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before attending any workshop. The waiver acknowledges that participation in the workshop is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop.

    • Health Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may impact your participation, please inform us prior to the workshop. We may request a waiver or additional information to ensure your safety.

    VI. Code of Conduct (Workshops and Merchandise)

    • Respectful Environment: We strive to maintain a respectful environment for all participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop without refund if they do not adhere to the code of conduct.

    • Respect for Materials & Space: Participants must respect the venue, the materials provided, and the work of others. Any damage to property, materials, or facilities will result in additional charges to the participant.

    VII. Parking and Venue Information (Workshops)

    • Parking: Participants are responsible for their own parking arrangements. Onsite paid parking, metered street parking, and nearby parking lots are available. Please refer to our parking section for detailed options.

    • Venue: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins.

    VIII. Intellectual Property

    • Participant Artwork: Participants retain the rights to the artwork they create during the workshops, but we may request permission to use photos of the artwork or participants in marketing materials. You will be asked for written consent before any photos are taken.

    • Workshop Materials: All educational materials, instructions, and designs provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill LLC / DBA The Naughty Quill and are not to be reproduced, shared, or sold without prior permission.

    • Merchandise Content: The content, logos, designs, and branding related to our products and website are the intellectual property of Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill / DBA The Naughty Quill and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without explicit permission.

    VIIII. Privacy

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process, merchandise purchase, or interaction with our website will be used solely for administrative purposes related to your registration, order fulfillment, and participation in our workshops.

    X. Disclaimers

    • Workshop Experience: While we make every effort to deliver a high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee that every participant will achieve a specific artistic outcome.

    • Merchandise: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website, but due to varying monitor settings, actual colors may differ. Additionally, product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order.

    • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

    XI. Modifications to Terms

    • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and an updated terms will be effective as of the date of posting. By continuing to participate in our workshop(s), or purchasing merchandise, you agree to abide by the updated terms.

  • At Aphrodite’s Naughty Quill / DBA The Naughty Quill, we are committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants in our art workshops and customers purchasing merchandise. However, we reserve the right to refuse service or participation in our workshops under the following circumstances:

    • Disruptive Behavior: If a participant engages in behavior that disrupts the experience of others, creates a hostile or unsafe environment, or is disrespectful to our staff, other participants or the venue, we reserve the right to remove them from the workshop without a refund.

    • Violation of Policies: If a participant fails to comply with our Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or other workshop guidelines, we may refuse service. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or failure to adhere to safety protocols.

    • Health & Safety Concerns: If a participant poses a health and safety risk to themselves or others, such as coming to a workshop under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or disregarding safety guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse service.

    • Legal Compliance: If a participant’s actions violate any local, state, federal laws, we reserve the right to refuse service and may report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

    • Unpaid or Overdue Payments: We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have an outstanding balance or have not completed the necessary payments for a workshop or merchandise order.

    • Discriminatory Behavior: We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in this behavior.

    We aim to create a respectful and welcoming environment for everyone, and while we strive to resolve conflicts amicably, the right to refuse service is necessary to ensure the well-being and enjoyment of all participants and customers.
